New flat previews happen at the end of each month, before the new month preorder begins on the 1st. Be sure you're a part of our Facebook group or Follow us on Instagram to stay in the know with all things NEW! We also offer Text Alerts! So sign up if you'd like a text when new products launch.

What is the return policy?
Returns/Exchanges: We want you to love your products!
For Storehouse Flats, feel free to try them in the house. If they aren’t for you or you’d like to exchange for a different size/color please return and we will take care of you within 10 business days of receiving. If you are returning, make sure shoes do not look worn in anyway, and they are in the same condition as when you received them, otherwise you will forfeit your return upon us receiving them (includes tread wear, logo rubbing off inside flat, scuffs & scratches).
Returns recieved after the 10 business days, but within 16 days of purchase will receive credit to use on a future purchase. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted after 16 days. With all of this being said, we are very understanding and know extenuating circumstances occasionally occur, so make sure you reach out and communicate with us.
Customer pays for return shipping and if there is an exchange to be sent back, we will pay for return shipping back to the customer, if they reside in within the United States, up to one time per order. If customer resides outside of the United States, we would pay up tp $8 of the exchange coming back to you (that’s what we cover in USD$ for most exchanges shipped within the US), and the customer would cover the remaining shipping cost of the exchange.

When will I receive my order?
IN-STOCK flats will be shipped via USPS or FedEx within 48 business hours of payment from our boutique in Mesa, AZ. Depending on transit time, 2-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please note it can 48 hr for the tracking information to update in their system. Under some circumstances in-stock flats can take a little longer to process and ship, please send us an email if there are any questions on your order.
PRE ORDER: It is important to note that all Pre-order items are being manufactured for you specifically, meaning there is about an 8+ week turn around for us to get the product in our hands. Once we receive the product, we do our best to have all shipped to you within 48 business hours. We recommend joining our VIP Facebook group for updates on Pre-orders.
How do I make sure I get the correct size?
Storehouse Flats are true to size, and only come in full sizes 5-12. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up to the next full size. Ex. If you are a true 7, order the 7. If you sometimes wear, or you are a 7.5, size up to the 8. There could be a break in time for some, but typically they should be fitted around the toe box, but not too snug. The Storehouse Flats are made with a larger toe box than your typical ballet flat, so if you have a wide foot, we still recommend your true to size. All of our wide foot wearers, LOVE these flats. There is also room for orthotics if you feel the extra support is needed, but The Storehouse Flats has a comfortable food bed that forms to your foot.
How do I preorder?
There are brand new special edition flats that are released the beginning of each month. We typically will sneak peek them a week before in our Facebook Group, so make sure you're a part of that for fun details throughout the week. We will also update the blog with descriptions and photos of the new releases. Once these special releases are made, they won't be made again! This is why we recommend preordering so you are guaranteed a pair!
Preorder then opens midnight, the 1st of each month and you will have the opportunity to order until the 5th of each month, right here on the website. Once the order is placed, the shoes are custom made FOR YOU. The turn around time is about 8 weeks before we receive your flats in our boutique. Once we receive, we will send out within 48 hours to you. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your flats ship.
Do I have to preorder to purchase a special edition flat?
Of course not! We just give the option to be guaranteed a pair at the time of production. If you prefer to purchase only in-stock flats, we will upload the remainder of the flats to the website once they're received. We can't guarantee your size and style will be available, but there is that option as well.
When will you be restocking out of stock flats?
There are 5 flats we will be able to keep restocking, the Black Licorice, Cherry Red, True Navy, Slate Grey, Saddle Brown. These we are able to order every month, and we will be restocking about once a month. The special edition flats cannot be remade, and once they are gone, they're gone for good. There are times we are able to grab extras from the warehouse, but they rarely make it back to the website because we show them in our Facebook VIP group first. If you have a special request for a size that is out of stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request. We will do everything we can to find you a pair, or let you know if it is completely sold out.

That’s it! Never pay shipping on any order with flats after that again. A purchase of other items would be charged the standard shipping rates for your delivery address.
